Ratified by the Board. Enforced by the Neighborhood Watch.
- Be a good neighbor. No hate, harassment, slurs or drama.
- No spam or self-promo. Unsolicited flyers go in the recycling.
- No backseating unless the VP asks. He will ask. Eventually.
- No spoilers. Campaign, story, all of it.
- Mods are the Neighborhood Watch. Their call is final. So is Smoke's.
- Twitch's Community Guidelines apply. County code beats HOA code.
Penalties: Violation notice (timeout). Repeat offenders are evicted (ban).
